This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Wini' costume creator:
I wanted to wear a costume to work, but had to incorporate a mask. I got my costume from various places: Amazon, Walmart, Ulta, Spirit Halloween, Target and a thrift shop. I watched videos on how to get cover up my eyebrows. I did win the best costume at wiork!
