Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompas Costume

Jaydon (5) with his twin brothers Ethan & Tyler (1) dressed as Willy Wonka from Charlie & the Chocolate Factory and Oompa Loompas. Oompa Loompa costumes cost me under $18 for both. I found girls Bike shorts for $2 each that I made smaller and added elastic to the bottoms. Turtlenecks from the thrift stores that I resized to fit them and used red and white felt for all the stripes and poms. For the willy wonka costume I found the jacket/vest for $5 and just cut and took it in to fit my son. I used the cut fabric and added to a costume hat. I also made the golden ticket and chocolate bars.
