This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Whoopi Goldberg' costume creator:
I am the palest blondest person in America but on halloween I turn myself into Whoopie Goldberg because I just have that shaped face! So I take werewolf brown makeup and apply like foundation on face neck ears and hands, get a rasta wig and round purple glasses and at the thrift store a black blazer and white men's collared shirt and pair with your fav jeans and youre good to go!
