This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shauna, the 'White Witch' costume creator:
I am an ice queen (witch). I was once human. I made the crown out of hot glue, it turned put pretty heavy. I am wearing 2 wigs, one for height and one for length. There is a battle of light and dark (good vs evil). Trying to create beauty on the verge of horror is a fine line. I hope I accomplished it!
