A word from Samantha, the 'Where’s Waldo and Odlaw' costume creator:
The Harvey girls are all dressed as Waldo or Wenda. Waldos adversary, Odlaw, also makes an appearance! Elliot is too small to wear glasses, so hers are drawn on with makeup.
