This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mandy, the 'Voodoo Priestess' costume creator:
This is me wearing my voodoo costume for 2013. The only part of the costume I didn't make was the actual dress portion. I made everything else myself. I started making it in September. I made my headdress, necklace, staff, and did my own makeup and hair.
