This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
My daughter Livia is wearing the costume. She loves being villains from Disney movies. She picked Ursula the sea witch from The Little Mermaid. My friend Sherri is a seamstress and made it from fabric I got at Joanne Fabric. She also has 2 evil eels attached to her that do her bidding. Total cost for the costume was approximately $100
