This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Victoria, the 'UP' costume creator:
Lana, a yorkie, is wearing the costume. I got the idea from the movie "UP."
There are 15 helium-filled latex balloons. That cost about $16. The house is made of cardboard and paper. I drew the house on paper, colored it with colored pencils, and glued the paper to the cardboard. I put the chimney on last, with a glue gun, once I had the balloons.
