This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jud, the 'Uncle Sam' costume creator:
Hobbs the cat is Uncle Sam. He's a registered "Exotic". The costume is very inexpensive to make its all felt stiched and sewn. The hat has a thin piece of card board in it to make it stand up.
