This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristin, the 'Travelocity Gnome' costume creator:
A friend of mine randomly suggested I go as the Travelocity Gnome. I'm only 5'2" so I thought it was a great idea. The hat is simply made from construction paper. The beard was bought, and trimmed and molded with glue. The clock was made, pants and boots were bought at value village. The backdrop is a huge piece of cardboard, with a room scene setter glued to it. I added loopholes with string so it would stay attached.
