Transforming Mini-Optimus Prime Costume

I crafted my 4yr old son's costume in 6 total hours (spread throughout 2 days) using scrap pieces of EVA foam.

I came up with the idea based off of my son's imagination while he was playing around in his store bought costume of Optimus Prime. He'd pretend to transform into a truck by crouching down and balling up. I had to do something for him and help encourage his creativity.

Using his cloth costume as a base layer, I used pieces of EVA foam around my workshop, I pieced together 2 arm bracers with wheels, 2 leg bracers with 2 wheels each, a helmet with removable face mask, a torso and a removable truck cab. All pieces sealed and then painted using spray paint.
