This homemade costume for kids entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katey, the 'Toy Story Woody and Jessie' costume creator:
My daughter. It came about bc my son loves toy story and I could not find a Jesse costume for my daughter small enough to fit her. I bought a red cowgirl hat punched holes in it and ran Ribbon through it. I also bought a white collared shirt and sewed ribbon in it just like in the movie. She wore a jean skirt with cow print leggings and a pair of cowboy boots.
