This homemade costume for babies entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Toy Story Slinky Dog' costume creator:
Our twins Lincoln and London who are 19 months old are dressed up together as the Toy Story Slinky Dog. I made this costume from felt material and hand sewed it together. The slinky is covered in a grey silk-like material and then glued to a plastic slinky. Average cost to make it was $45.
