This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tamara, the 'Tornado hits Airport' costume creator:
I love the weather and tried this after I saw a picture. I used airline items to add to the destruction in the tornado and made the hat with cotton batting. I added lights and used shower beads as rain. I used an old pair of Boots with fake grass. I added a small home and a storm chaser van.
