Topiary Mickey Costume

I'm wearing the costume myself. I saw a picture from Epcot garden festival that gave me this idea. I used a beach ball to create the head, paper plates for ears, and newspapers to shape the nose. I then paper mached the whole head. I then bought tons of garland strands that I cut the leaves off and hot glued to shirt, shorts, and leggings. I used cardboard, doll stuffing and duck tape to shape the shoes. Then covered the shoes and head with leaves also. Added some gloves and a sunflower to complete the look. Spent about $100 total on all the supplies and pieces. It came out great and everybody has loved it!!
