Toddler "IT" Costume

This is my dughter. She is such a character. I hand made her costume with things i had here at home. The dress was mine I pinned up and cut arm holes and a colar. I balled up red tissue paper for her "buttons" and hot glued them on then splattered with red paint. I had the scarf laying around. She wore some white tights and i used her old White sweater and cut the sleeves and made them leg warmers. The black "blet" was a stretchy hair band for bows. I couldn't find red or orange hair color so we used pink! I only paid for white face paint, i bought and used red lip gloss for the red on her face, and then paid for hair color spray and balloon. She so rocked this!!
