A word from David, the 'Toad from Mario Kart' costume creator:
My son Kane it wearing a toad costume made from scratch. His grandma sewed his vest to match. His mother made his hat from a chefs hat, stuffed animal stuffing and felt and I his father made his "kart" from cardboard boxes,liquid nails and spray paint.
