This homemade costume for groups entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Julie, the 'Three Amigos' costume creator:
Bought the pants, jacket, shirt and hat at Goodwill. Hemmed up the jackets to make them shorter, added a ruffle strip to the shirts, made the tie and cumber bun. Spray painted the hats and used puffy paint for all the designs.
