The Voice Costume

My sister came up with the idea to do the Voice and I just figured out how to do it! I cut out the shape of the chairs using red poster board. I used black duct tape to line the outside edge and black electrical tape to define the inside of the chairs. I added a wooden dowel to the back of the poster and covered it with black duct tape. This helped the poster board stay up. I used Velcro to attach the chairs to our clothes. Then I used more red poster board stickers and duct tape to create the I want you and attached that to a cardboard box that I cut out to fit around our waists.

This was a super fun and easy costume. Each chair cost about $10. Wish we could do these costumes again. I'm looking for a new creative idea for this year!
