This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'The Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
Millie Grace, my granddaughter chose to dress as the Tim Burton version of The Queen of Hearts. She acted the part as well. Her mom and I made the skirt out of tule. The hair is made with a beanie and tissue paper flower garland from the Dollar Tree. The details and props are made of fun foam, ribbon, and paint.
