This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alycia, the 'The Quarantined Witch' costume creator:
Josie (age 8) was quarantined for Halloween and said I wish I could be a witch and cast a spell to make covid go away. It all just spun from there. We used smoke bombs for the smoke & used our old shed to make it creepy.
