This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sandra, the 'The Grinch' costume creator:
My son Carsen Tessier wanted to be The Grinch this year for Halloween. I decided to take last years costume (Sully from Monsters Inc.) and paint it green. I then put together a hat, coat and belt!
