The Congamonster Costume

This is my daughter Willow age: almost 6
I do a theme every year for our family, this year was "local Legends". A local artist illustrated the local cryptid of our lake Congamond. My design was inspired by the artist's interpretation. I used pipe insulation tubes covered with fleece, zip tied to cardboard and the mounted on a backpack. I shoved wire hangers in a few of the tentacles to be able to shape them. Fleece cut out, hot glue and paint for the mask and gloves.
