This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mary, the 'Tanning Mom' costume creator:
The idea is from the woman in the news who had some extreme tanning issues and took her child to a tanning bed with her. I used a blonde wig with red scrunchie. Base makeup for dark complexions. Leather jacket with shimmer mock turtleneck underneath. Doll with dark base makeup. Put doll in backback head sticking out of the top. Wear it front facing and you're ready to go!
