This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Tank Girl' costume creator:
This is y 4 year old daughter Olivia as Lori Petty version of Tank Girl. The costume is all homemade. I used an iron on for the shirt and distressed a jean jacket for the vest. I added punk pin backs on the cap and vest. The cap is an aviator cap that I added an ear piece to as well as pin backs.
