This homemade costume for boys entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Misty, the 'Super Nintendo' costume creator:
My 10 year old son, Ian is wearing a working Super Nintendo costume complete with candy storing cartridge slot and remote control candy bag. The idea of the costume came from Ian after he was gifted a SNES classic. Ian designed the costume, picked out the fabric colors and helped figure out the electronic portion of the costume. I used my sewing skills for the fabric and my trusty glue gun to finish the costume off and he was ready to go. The costume was a hit! The swarm of gamer appriciaters was amazing.
