This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nichole, the 'Storm Cloud' costume creator:
I wanted to create a storm cloud costume complete with lightening. I used an inexpensive cowboy hat, spray adhesive, batting and spray paint. I put battery operated lights throughout for the lightening. I strung teardrop-shaped crystal “raindrops” falling from cloud. I wore all grey and tattered an old grey sheet to look like it was flowing in the wind. Best costume I’ve ever made!
