Storm Cloud Costume

This is my son Scott larock. He thought it would be cool to be a storm cloud. This is made from a helmet, mini storm lights, Crystal beads, fishing wire, gray/white/light blue fabric, pillow stuffing and gray spray paint. I put the helmet on his head and hot glued the strobe lights on it. I strung fishing wire through the holes of the helmet putting beads and straws on to make the rain drops. Than I put the pillow stuffing on his head with spray adhesive and spray painted it gray. I then wrapped the 3 fabrics around his body to give him a stormy cloud look. All together this cost me nearly $60.
