This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffany, the 'Stolen Mermaid' costume creator:
My daughter, Ariana, is wearing this costume that I made. The idea came from an internet search for unique handmade costumes. We used a lot of things that we had on hand for her costume. I think the whole costume cost less than $10.
