This homemade costume for men entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Andrew, the 'Stealth Iron Man' costume creator:
I made this costume with a paper base reinforced with fiberglass. Outside was shaped with automotive body filler then sanded down and painted. Electronics were wired by me. Helmet also has electronics which allows the faceplate to open and close automatically.
