This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristin, the 'Statue of Liberty' costume creator:
My 6 year old was the Statue of Liberty. Her crown was made from foam sheets. Her torch was made from a paper towel roll and a paper bowl. She also carried a tablet which was cardboard covered in foam sheets.
