This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannin, the 'Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino' costume creator:
I bought a pink dress and glued blue vinyl on it to look like the swirl. I printed out the Starbucks logo and enlarged it. I glued it to a piece of felt and then glued it to the dress. The whip cream is made of felt. The sprinkles are a craft toy called magic nuudles.
