Snowman Beauty Costume

My daughter Madeline (age 6)is wearing the snowman costume. We got our inspiration from pinterest, but the costume on there was strapless and didn't come in a large enough size for her. We ended up piecing it together and love how it turned out! The leotard, red/white striped tights, and child sized tutu were purchased online from discount dance supply. I bought a black feather boa at a local craft store. To make the "buttons", I cut it into pieces and sewed them onto the leotard. She already owned the black boots and they worked perfectly, plus were warm and comfy! We found the broom as a witch accessory at Target's halloween costume aisle, and the scarf is her Grandma's. I did a google search for mini top hats, and believe I ended up finding this one through amazon for less than $10. Overall, utilizing the items we already had plus our new purchases, it cost about $40. It took less than 15 minutes to hand sew on the "buttons". Super easy and super cute!
