This homemade costume for adults entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Arthur, the 'Skeletor' costume creator:
Arthur is wearing the costume. The idea came from a dream and a little imagination. The costume is made from potato sacks spray painted black, orange girl’s hair accessories, a hollowed out skeleton head, football shoulder pads and laser pointer lights. Arthur is also walking on dry-wall stilts.
