This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christina, the 'Sexy Peacock' costume creator:
I created a peacock costume. I simply bought a blue corset and hot glued the feathers on the corset. I then ordered the peacock feathers from amazon. I arranged the feathers in a fan and hot glued them onto cardboard. I placed the cardboard in my corset and it stayed perfectly.
-hot glue gun
-peacock feathers (10inches long)
-blue corset
-peacock earrings
-black lollipop bottom
-black fishnet stockings
-blue eye shadow
-fake eyelashes
