This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tracy, the 'Sea Anemone' costume creator:
I am a third grade school teacher in LAUSD. I used balloons sewn to a blouse to create a sea anemone, then added Nemo and his dad. Dory floats above on my head.
