This homemade costume for families entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from April, the 'Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo' costume creator:
From the hit cartoon Scooby Doo. I went to the local thrift store and bought all the clothing. I sewed on ribbon to finish Daphne's dress. I spray painted a pair of shoes purple. For Fred's collar I used blue fabric marker. Overall cost was $120 for all 6 costumes.
