Ruth Bader Ginsburg Costume

This is my Jack Russell Keno dressed as Ruth Bader Ginsburg. This costume was made to celebrate her life and work to advance women’s rights. The whole costume was made from items bought at a thrift store. The judges robe was made from a graduation gown that I cut apart and put back together to fit Keno. The lace was from a woman’s lace sweater. The wig was cut from a woman’s brown wig. The books are books from my house with print out quotes for the spine of the books. The glasses are toddler glasses I bought. Then she was sat on a wing back chair for the picture.
