This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristal, the 'Rugrats Angelica & Reptar' costume creator:
this costume was my husband's vision. He made the reptar stroller wagon by combining a wagon and the top to another push car we found on offer up. He bought flashlights for eyes from 99c store and kids sand rake for the claws. I made the costume. He wanted more of a puffy macott so I made padded shoes and yarn hair. I used foam to make the costume puffy.
