This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katherine, the 'Rosie the Riveter' costume creator:
I'm wearing the costume, the background is made of paper I borrowed from school. I bought both the shirt and the scarf from a thrift store in town. Honestly, one of the easiest costumes you can make!
