This homemade costume for men entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Joe, the 'Rocket Man Elton John' costume creator:
I loved the Movie Rocket Man and was so blown away with the costumes. I thought it would be fun to recreate a spectacular costume with a twist I started with a basic rocket man costume and changed it to one of the most memorable from the movie I hand applied all the sequence after building the cuffs and bell bottoms from foam I also made the head gear applying each rhinestone by hand I also cut and combined the feathers and sequenced the glasses . The platform shoes are foam core... I took Christmas ribbon and glittered the Rocket fire
