This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Sally, the 'Rainbow Loom' costume creator:

My daughter Bridget is wearing a rainbow loom, she was making a bracelet and decided that's what she wanted to be. We used foam board, loom string from a make a potholder kit, small plastic bottles and turquoise card stock.
