This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.

Angela Burlingame is wearing this Costume! I am a,Hairstylist/Makeup Artist and Love creating beautiful Art! I wanted to do something fun this year for 2020 to brighten people's spirits so I decided to create something vibrant & fun "Rainbow Clown" I achieved my look by piecing my custome together from clothes I had in my closet,I
creating a backdrop for these photos
against a wall in my house with blankets, pillows, lights, and so on, I also added things I had in my house to add to photos to make the pictures stand out for instance Dry Roses. I used alot of different makeup, glitter, and eyelashes to get the look & details I was aiming for. My hair the night before I slept with it wet so it be wavy in the morning when I was up, then I teased and textured my hair with adding two messy buns on top of my head, and added some glitter/mauve shimmer sprays to add more effects.
