This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 8-month old daughter, Amelia is Raggedy Anne for Halloween this year. I found a dress similar to one Raggedy Anne wore, bought her red and white striped tights, black Mary Jane shoes, and had a custom wig made. I accessorized with her own little Raggedy Anne doll and book.
