This homemade costume for babies entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Larissa, the 'Raggedy Ann and Andy' costume creator:
Raggedy Ann is a classic doll. The hat has been carefully made by stuffing it with gotten and sewing it shut. Attached is red yarn that's been braided and sewn In to place.The dress was pieced together to give it the old fashion look. Andy is a matching outfit and Wig. Toss in striped socks and black shoes to finish it off. Worn by 2 adorable toddlers!
