R2-D2 Baby Costume

This is my 1year old daughter Lyra's first handmade Halloween costume. We decided to do a Star Wars theme this year. I thought this would be a cute costume for her as she just doesn't have quite enough hair to pull off the typical princess costume. The shirt was just a plain white shirt which I had cut out felt for the designs in which I ironed on and sewed around. The skirt is made out of blue crape-backed satin that I put two layers of tulle on top and sewed a blue and silver ribbon around. Hat is also handmade out of yarn.
