Queen Pennywise Costume

My daughter is 5 years old and enjoys doing doll-like transformations. Tess' 2020 Halloween costume was ordered mid-August and to this day, UPS has delayed its shipping. I have created an Pennywise-inspired outfit that is in 3 pieces, and added 6 accessories, using a gray high low tulle dress, a soft ruffled collar from a satin ribbon folded accordion style and iron pressed, and cut up pieces of the extra tulle to create her wings/sleeves, securing it with hot glue from her black elastic hairband. I glued 3 clown noses on her dress and 2 on her shoes. Glued 2 small pompoms on bobbypins for the top of her hair. She has a Princess Ariel wig which I cut and divided into 2, securing in a thick rubberband, to create 2 pigtails. Her hands are small, so I cut the fingertips off her lace gloves. I also glued pompom ribbon to her knee high socks. Kept makeup low, wore red lipgloss and red eyeshadow as her face makeup. This was a comfortable costume for her to wear and she enjoyed herself!
