This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cayla, the 'Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
I always like to find an excuse to wear a tutu! I had made this one last year for my pirate costume, and with a deck of cards and some felt, lace, & glitter- quickly transformed this one, an old sweater, and a butter bowl into a outfit “fit for a queen”! Paired with some black leggings, heels, and a diy scepter (made from a toy sword), I set out for a amazing costume contest- 1st place!!!
Total cost- $10 (hairdresser)
