Pumpkin Costume

15 month old Tiffa Rose is wearing this pumpkin costume. I bought the jumper part and it came with one layer of tulle. I added 4 more layers to five it some extra poof. I also got some vine from a craft store and cut it to wrap down her legs. It is best to use the kind without wire since this is on a baby and all. I used one piece and laced it through the crotch between the material and her diaper and wrapped it around her legs and tucked it between straps on her sandals. The headband/pumpkin too I made from twisting a toilet paper roll and covering it with tape until I got the right shape. Then, I glued rhinestone ribbon to it. The vine parts were made from wired nylon ribbon. I glued all of this to a basic headband.
