This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amy, the 'Pretty Peacock' costume creator:
This is my 13 month old daughter Thea. She is wearing an adorable peacock costume that I made her this year. I ordered everything on amazon and it was so easy to make. I glued the feathers to a piece of cardboard and made the tutu with tulle. Altogether it cost about $30 to make. She looked sooo cute and everyone loved it.
